The shop at the boathouse

The shop at the boathouse is manned by volunteers on weekend afternoons during the Winter, and every day in the Summer months (weather permitting) between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm. The shop sells a varied selection of R.N.L.I. souvenirs and the volunteers will be more than willing to assist if you wish to browse the official R.N.L.I. catalogues.

The shop manageress Mrs. Frost is looking for volunteers to man the shop on a volunteer basis, either for whole days in the Summer, or a few hours in the days or at weekends. These posts would involve cash and card transactions, and training will be given. The posts would ideally suit a retired person, who is willing to give a few hours a week to help fund the Lifeboats.
